  • How can I prepare for my photo shoot?
I'll provide you with a comprehensive shot planning list to assist in your preparation. In the interim, take a look at my portfolio or conduct online research for inspiration—Pinterest is an excellent resource. Think about the background style and props that resonate with your vision. When sending your products, please ensure your products are securely packed to maintain the integrity of labels and packaging.
  • Do I need to supply the props for my shoot?
I have a wide variety of props available for use during your photoshoot. However, if you have specific props you would like to incorporate into your photos, please feel free to send them with your products. I am more than happy to work with the props you provide to create the perfect look for your photos. Additionally, if you need assistance in sourcing props for your shoot, I am always here to help. Just let me know what you're looking for, and I will do my best to find the perfect props to make your photoshoot a success.
  • What is the expected turnaround time for receiving my photos?
Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your pictures within 10 working days following the photoshoot. However, in certain cases, where a variety of set ups are requested or there is insufficient natural light, the processing time may be extended. Any such variations will be communicated to you in a timely manner.
  • How do I receive my photographs?
The final images will be uploaded to a private viewing gallery (Pixieset) where you can select your favourite images, and once payment is cleared, download your high resolution files.
  • How long will my photographs be stored for?
Your photographs will be stored on Pixieset for one week after the download code has been issued. It is important to download and back up your photos within this timeframe to ensure you have access to them in the future. If you have any concerns about this timeline, alternative options are available upon request.
  • Who owns copyright for the photographs?
As the photographer, I legally I retain the copyright. However I grant you a lifetime image license which gives you permission to use the photographs as you wish.
  • Do I need to credit you when I use the images?
If you’re being featured in an online article or in a printed magazine, I do ask to be credited. Tagging me on social media isn't compulsory but I'm always very grateful when clients do.
  • What happens to my products after the shoot?
Your products (and any props you have sent or paid for) will be posted back to you upon sign off of your images. Please note, return postage charges will appear on your invoice.
  • What is your photographic style?
